1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in accordance with applicable Egyptian laws and consumer protection regulations.

2. Nature of Products

All products offered for sale are pre-owned (thrift items).
Product condition, including any visible signs of use, is clearly shown in the product photos and description.

Product images form an integral and binding part of the product description.
By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges full review and acceptance of the product condition as displayed.

3. Orders & Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed via phone call or message before shipment.

• The store reserves the right to cancel any order in cases including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Product unavailability

  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

  • Repeated refusal of deliveries

Providing false or incomplete shipping details may result in order cancellation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.

• Estimated delivery time is 1–7 business days depending on the governorate.

• Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to shipping company conditions or force majeure events.

Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses to receive the order after shipment — without a legally valid reason (such as receiving a different product) — the customer shall bear the actual shipping fees charged by the courier company, including round-trip costs.

The store reserves the right to restrict Cash on Delivery service for customers with repeated unjustified refusals.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are entitled to inspect the product upon delivery solely to verify that it matches the order.

Inspection does not include usage or testing beyond visual verification.
If the product matches the confirmed order and is refused without valid cause, shipping charges remain payable by the customer.

6. Payment Terms

Payment method: Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
The full order amount must be paid at the time of receipt.
Failure to pay invalidates the transaction.

7. Limitation of Liability

The store shall not be held liable for:

• Misuse of products after delivery

• Natural wear resulting from product age

• Shipping delays beyond the store’s control

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the purchased product only.

All website content including images, branding, and text is the exclusive property of the store and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
