RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of pre-owned products, all sales are considered final except in cases of material defect.

Eligible Returns

A return request will only be accepted if:

• A major defect exists that was not disclosed in the product description or visible in the photos.
  OR
• The delivered product is different from the confirmed order.

Return Conditions

• The customer must report the issue within 3 calendar days from the delivery date.
• The product must remain unused and in the same condition as received.
• Proof (clear photos/videos) may be required for verification.

Failure to report within the 3-day period constitutes full acceptance of the product.

If the return is approved due to verified fault, the store shall bear the shipping costs.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 3-day period for any reason.
